Najavljujemo organizaciju međunarodne konferencije "3rd European Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (3-EuSPMF)", koja će se održati u Beogradu, 1-4. jula 2025.
Rad konferencije odvijaće se kroz glavne teme:
I – Natural resources of bioactive compounds
II - Bioactive compounds and human health
III – Bee products - treasure trove of bioactivity
IV – Novel perspectives of phytochemical use in contemporary medicine
V – From farm to fork
VI – Food and agro waste recovery
VII – Phytochemicals in Functional Foods
VIII – Analytical methods
IX – Sensory attributes of food
X – Food Safety and Quality
Cilj ovog međunarodnog skupa je da promoviše naučna dostignuća domaćih istraživača i istraživača iz inostranstva koji se bave oblastima ishrane, prirodnih proizvoda, njihove biološke aktivnosti i zdravstvenih benefita. Poljoprivredni fakultet će biti domaćin uglednim predavačima i istraživačima, ekspertima u navedenim oblastima.
Sa zadovoljstvom Vas pozivamo da budete deo ovog naučnog događaja u organizaciji Instituta za prehrambenu tehnologiju i biohemiju Poljoprivrednog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu i Međunarodne asocijacije za dijetetsku ishranu i bezbednost (IADNS).
