Contents of exercises | The theoretical teaching is followed by the performance of practical laboratory exercises in the mentioned areas: techniques of isolation of bioactive substances from higher and lower fungi, yeasts and bacteria, application of bioactive substances in the food and parapharmaceutical industry. | |||
