Contents of lectures | History of probiotics; Characteristics of LAB, used as probiotics; Health effects of probiotics and mechanisms of action. Microbiota of the gastrointestinal tract and microbial interactions; Methods for determining technological and probiotic criteria, antimicrobial effect on pathogens, antibiotic resistance, etc. The role and importance of prebiotics and joint application with probiotics. | |||
