The goal | The course should enable the student to acquire: knowledge/understanding of the specifics of organic field production as a special farming system; the skill of nurturing the ability to transfer knowledge to production based on ecological principles in organic field production and the use of ecological concepts in agriculture. | |||

Contents of lectures | Basic agrotechnical principles of plant cultivation. Soil cultivation. Fertilization. Sowing (planting). Crop care. Weed control measures in organic production. Crop rotation. Consociations. Modifications of agrotechnical measures in the technology of growing field crops based on the principles of organic agriculture. Alternative grain. Good agricultural practice. | |||
Contents of exercises | Study research work will be organized individually depending on the topic of the doctoral dissertation, it will take place in the experimental field, and it will include the preparation and writing of seminar and scientific papers. | |||
