      The goal Training students toapply the knowledge and skills needed to make investment and financial decisions in agribusiness sector, as well as acquiring knowledge from the field of distribution of profit of corporate enterprises.
      The outcome Students will be able to: plan and manage fixed and current assets, capital and liabilities; appliy various instruments of financial analysis; analyze the possibilities of determining the optimal capital structure; evaluate the profit distribution policy in relation to the company's investment policy; assess the possibility of applying modern methods of management and performance measurement.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures 1. Business goals of the company; 2. Management of current assets; 3. Long-term financial planning and determining the economic effectiveness of investments; 4. Sources of financing and cost of capital; 5. Capital structure.
      Contents of exercises Analysis of business operations of agribusiness companies in the world and in Serbia. Preparation of seminar papers according to assigned topics in the field of financial management and their presentation in class.

      Methods of teaching Theoretical and practical classes combined with interactive classes in all subjects of the course. During the class, a seminar paper is planned, and at the end of the class, an oral exam is planned.
