The goal | The course should enable the student to acquire 1. knowledge about structure, basic chemical and physical properties of natural organic compounds. 2. skilled on the natural isolation organic compounds which are used in food technology. 3. ability to solve specific problems problems in the field of chemistry of natural products. | |||
