The goal | Student should 1) learn basic chemical concepts, laws and principles, 2) know the basic classes of inorganic compounds, their physical and chemical properties and their application in agriculture, 3) Logically connect theoretical, experimental and practical knowledge in chemistry, 4) Recognize and explain the processes that are based on the principles of General and Inorganic Chemistry. | |||
The outcome | Student knows basic chemical terms and laws, principles of chemical kinetics and equilibrium, properties of solutions and processes in them, as well as redox processes, basic classes of inorganic compounds, their physical and chemical properties, as well as their importance and application in agriculture, gains experimental as well as the skill to connect chemical knowledge with other courses. | |||
