| The goal | Introducing students to water-logging processes, with special reference to the causes, extent and types of occurrence of excess water in soils. Acquiring basic knowledge that will enable students to produce land reclamation/soil studies. Familiarization with the nature of and methods for determining drainage criteria. Assessment of the impact of applied drainage measures on the environment. | |||
