    The goal The course should enable the student to acquire: a) knowledge in fields that are important for fruit and grape production, about nursery management of production, on the establishment and raising of plantations and on the regular production of fruit and grapes; b) the skill of critical thinking about problems in the field of fruit and viticulture production
    The outcome The student should develop the skill of critical thinking about problems in the field of fruit and viticulture production related to the specifics of fruit and viticulture production, the organizational structure of this production and economic effectiveness.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures Importance of production, Specifics of production, Management of nursery production, Organization of establishment and raising of fruit trees and vines, Management of regular production, Risks and uncertainty in fruit and viticulture production, Analysis of achieved results.
    Contents of exercises The methodological units provided in the plan will be covered in the exercises.
