| The goal | The course is designed to provide students with knowledge of earth works and structures and equipment used for soil amelioration; construction technology of selected structures and systems; and maintenance of soil amelioration structures and systems. | |||
| The outcome | Upon completion students are expected to demonstrate the ability to connect theoretical knowledge with concrete tasks when organizing the construction or maintenance of individual structures and melioration systems as a whole, correct interpretation of projects and their implementation. It is also expected that students demonstrate the ability to work well in a team and critical thinking. | |||

| Contents of lectures | Technical documentation required for construction of land reclamation structures. Earth works and earth structures for land reclamation. Knowledge of appropriate construction methods for various earth works. Construction technology and labor organization during construction of land reclamation structures and systems.
