    The goal The subject should enable the acquisition of knowledge for the development of business plans and the organization and economics of plant production.
    The outcome Through the course, students should be able to prepare business plans and assess the justification of investments in plant production.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures Planning as a management process. Creation of business plans. Positioning plan as part of the business plan. Marketing plan as part of the business plan. The production plan as part of the business plan. Implementation plan and risks. Financial plan as part of business plan. Financial assessment of the business plan. Final assessment of the efficiency of the planned business.
    Contents of exercises All units provided in the plan will be elaborated in detail during the exercises.
