New Varieties
The Faculty of Agriculture has a very long tradition and reputation in the cultivation of varieties of cultivated plants (wheat, soy, corn, various types of fruit trees, vines, clover and other crops).
In breeding programs, special attention is paid to the creation of new varieties with high yield, quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stress factors. A certain number of new varieties of fruit trees, and especially varieties and clones of vine, have found its place in production plants of Serbia and other countries of the world. Of the latest varieties, their production is even faster and more massive.
