    The goal The course should enable the student to expand and perfect his knowledge in the field of knowledge of varieties of noble vines, varieties of the interspecies hybrid type and vine rootstocks. By acquiring knowledge about the specificities of varieties, students are trained to act independently and creatively in the field of ampelography in accordance with ecological conditions.
    The outcome The student should demonstrate knowledge of the botanical, agrobiological and economic-technological characteristics of V. vinifera varieties, vine rootstocks and, accordingly, the ability to project the specific technology of growing vine varieties and rootstocks
    Contents
    Contents of lectures The course is divided into three basic chapters: 1) Wine varieties; 2) Table varieties 3) Vine rootstocks. Within the chapter, the following methodological units will be processed: Economic importance; Origin and distribution; Morphological and physiological characteristics; Specificities of cultivation technology.
    Contents of exercises Getting to know the most important wine and table varieties and vine rootstocks. Determination and evaluation of the quality of fruit and grape products, depending on the ecological conditions of cultivation.

    Methods of teaching Theoretical and practical classes combined with interactive classes will be held in all areas. 1 test is scheduled during the class and a colloquium is scheduled at the end of the class (exercises).
