      The goal knowledge of the formation and combination of species, the interaction between species on the same surface, the valorization of productivity, the holistic-systemic approach to the study of combined crops, the methodology of experimental work in this system the skill of proper combination of species and use of agrotechnical measures, proper management, use of statistical-experimental methods
      The outcome thorough knowledge and understanding of combined crops as a specific cultivation system, especially in organic agriculture, to demonstrate the ability to conceive and design combined crops, and to apply new technologies in order to increase the productivity of these cultivation systems, to demonstrate the ability to use knowledge in the creation of combined crops and to assess their efficiency.

      Contents of lectures Determining and measuring the productivity of intercrops, Basis for comparison, The problem of population density and spatial distribution, Determination of yield, Criteria for determining the advantages of intercropping, LER index, Problems in statistical processing, Competitive production principle, Increasing the productivity, Economic and social aspects of intercropping
