      The goal Acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to use the basic indicators of financial analysis and different methods of managing income, expenses, funds and their sources in agricultural enterprises. Training students to draw conclusions and make recommendations after using the methodology of analysis and planning.
      The outcome Students will be capable to apply various instruments of financial management in agricultural enterprises and in scientific and research work.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures Financial function within the company. Goals and tasks of financial management. Financial markets and stock exchange operations. Investment policy. Working capital management . Sources of financing and capital structure. Profit distribution and dividend policy. Financial planning and control. Financial analysis. Analysis of assets and capital, expenses and income, cash flows.
      Contents of exercises Analysis of business operations of representative companies in the world and in Serbia. Preparation of seminar papers on assigned topics in the field of financial management and their presentation in class.
